Fox Sports announced on Tuesday that the Indianapolis 500, the Greatest Spectacle In Racing, will be aired live in Times Square, New York, on Sunday for the first time ever.
A 20,000-square-foot Ultra-HD screen, dubbed “MEGA-ZILLA,” is located between 45th and 46th Streets in Manhattan and takes up an entire city block. It is considered the largest and most impactful digital screen in the world, measuring 329 feet, 10 inches wide by 77 feet, 8 inches high.
The 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge is the inaugural Greatest Spectacle In Racing is LIVE on Sunday.
