Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal and Managing Director Frederic Vasseur says that the mood in the team is very positive as they get ready for the 2023 Formula One season, which gets underway from March 3-5 with the Bahrain Grand Prix at the Skahir circuit.
Speaking about his first few weeks as Team Principal, Vasseur said that he has spent time introducing himself to the team and getting to know everyone and confirmed that he hasn’t met everyone on the team.
Ferrari has worked incredibly hard over the winter and has reportedly found a considerable performance gain for the year ahead compared to last season, with both Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz expected to be challenging for the championship from lights out at the start of the 2023 season.
Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were both in action at Fiorano this week as they got ready for the upcoming test ahead of the start of the new season.
