The next chapter of the Verizon IndyCar Series story begins today as series veterans Juan Pablo Montoya and Oriol Servia take to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the next generation Chevrolet and Honda aero-kit which will be used from 2018 onwards.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway hosts the first of several tests to take place with more scheduled at Iowa Speedway and the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
Team Penske will provide the car for the Chevrolet aero kit which will be driven by Juan Pablo Montoya while Schmidt Peterson Motorsports are providing a car for the Honda aero kit which will be driven by Oriol Servia.
The Verizon IndyCar Series have confirmed that the road course aero kit will be unveiled next week following the Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car course which takes place this weekend.
