Dale Coyne Racing with Vasser Sullivan Honda’s Sebastien Bourdais in the No.18 SealMaster Honda said that the race just came to us as the LeMans native took his second Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg race win in row.

Starting the race from 14th place on the grid and carved his way through the field to end up in the right place at the right time to claim his 28th career win.

It was also the first win for the Dale Coyne/Vasser Sullivan partnership which begins just a number of weeks ago in preparation for the 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series season. It was also the first win for Jimmy Vasser and James ‘Sulli’ Sullivan since they win in Detroit with Bourdais with KVSH Racing in 2016.
