A furious Kyle Busch in the No.18 M&M’s Minis Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry said that there was nothing to discuss after Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney in the No.12 Menards Ford Mustang made contact with the defending Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion at Pocono Raceway on Sunday.

The incident saw Busch slide sideways into the wall with just ten laps until the end of stage 2.

The retirement means that Busch will be hoping for a strong result at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway next weekend for the Pennzoil 150 as NASCAR form part of a triple header with the NTT IndyCar Series GMR Grand Prix of Indianapolis and the Xfinity Series Big Machine Hand Sanitizer Brickyard 400.
