Ten time Grammy Award winning artist Justin Timberlake has joined the ownership team of the Music City Grand Prix in Nashville which will make its NTT IndyCar Series debut on August 8 it was announced on Thursday. Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver and team owner Justin Marks has also joined the ownership structure as has American Airlines Chief Operations Officer Gil West.
It is not Justin Timberlake’s first involvement in the NTT IndyCar Series as he sponsored the late Dan Wheldon for his winning 2011 Indianapolis 500 entry through his clothing line William Rast.
