The Sauber F1 Team whose future in the sport was secured last month after being taking over by Longbow Finance.

The Swiss based outfit were on the brink of disappearing from Formula One due to the financial situation. The team have been unable to develop their car during periods of the season due to funding problems.

The team also had problems with employees being paid late. Sauber who have been in Formula One since 1993 are currently in 11th place in the Constructors championship with no points so far this season.

Team Principal Monisha Keltenbonn has confirmed that the outfit are working hard on securing a primary sponsor following the takeover of the team.

During an interview with the official Formula One website, Keltenborn was asked about how the discussions are progressing in relation to signing a primary or title sponsor for the team soon, she commented by saying:

We are working very hard on that. And that is not easy, but if you can again show stability and confirm that to potential partners, that is in itself a big help.
