Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden in the No.2 Hitachi Chevrolet took part in Tuesday’s private NTT IndyCar Series pre-season test at Barber Motorsports Park which will place host to April’s 2021 NTT IndyCar Series season opening Indy Grand Prix of Alabama which takes place from April 6-8.
