The new all female W-Series Qualifiers are in Austria to see who will be chosen to race in the inaugural season of the series which gets underway in May.
The qualifiers had a special guest at their welcome event on Friday as IndyCar legend Lyn St James was a guest speaker.
Speaking at the event, St James said that she has had the opportunity to spend time with folks putting on the programme and she said that qualifiers should bring themselves for the selection process.
St James went on to say that the drivers should not over think the process and to bring 110% of themselves to the process.
The American who won the Indianapolis 500 rookie of the year in 1992 concluded by saying that what the drivers learn this weekend they will be able to put to use not just in their racing careers but also in their future successes.
St James concluded by saying she is very impressed with what the W-Series are doing.
