Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team co owner Bobby Rahal says that the entire team are frustrated with the fact that Graham hasn’t won a race in two seasons and hasn’t been in  position to challenge for the championship.

Rahal has confirmed that at times during the 2019 NTT IndyCar Series he wasn’t at his best.

Rahal finished the season in tenth place while team mate Takuma Sato scored two wins on his way to ninth in the championship on 415 points.

Rahal says that having competed for Team Penske in the IMSA WeatherTech championship he knows what it takes to win and Hope’s this will help him beat Penske in the NTT IndyCar Series in 2020.

Graham Rahal’s last win in the NTT IndyCar Series came in 2017 when he took victories in both Chevrolet Belle Isle Grand Prix.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing will continue with two full time cars in 2020 with Graham Rahal and Takuma Sato and continuity within the team will hopefully help them to move forward and compete for the championship.
