Harding Racing head tonight’s Rainguard Water Sealers 600 looking to replicate their fantastic ninth place finish in their debut race at the 101st running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil where Gabby Chaves finished the race in ninth place.
In Texas on Friday due to the limited on track action as a result of the rain delay most teams struggled as did Harding Racing as Chaves starts the race from 20th place.
Speaking following the session, the Colombian commented by saying:
We are finished with practice and qualifying and move onto the race. Our position is not ideal, but given the very short amount of track time that we’ve had, I think we’re within the window of being pretty competitive for the race. I am looking forward to racing here at Texas (Motor) Speedway with our new team.
