The NTT IndyCar Series drivers can expect today’s 85 lap Honda Indy Toronto at Exhibition Place to be a two stop race.
Chip Ganassi Racing managing director Mike Hull tweeted on Sunday morning:
85 @hondaindy Laps Today @IndyCaronNBC 3PM EST; edge of 2 stops, as early as 27 & 58; 22 sec’s lost in pits; can you make up 22 sec’s for a 60 sec lap w/3stops (11/28/58); 18% full yellow; 200 sec’s PTP. Black tires should stand the test of time; how long will the new reds go pic.twitter.com/fK2oiNpyya
