AJ Foyt Racing’s Kyle Kirkwood in the No.11 ROKiT Chevrolet says that the team showed in the XPEL 375 at Texas Motor Speedway last weekend that their cars have great race pace and that they want to carry this momentum into Long Beach next month.
J.R Hildebrand finished the race in 14th place in the No.11 ROKiT Chevrolet while Dalton Kellett finished 17th.
Kirkwood in his first oval NTT IndyCar Series race ran upfront throughout the event until contact forced him to retire from the race.
Speaking following the action Kirkwood said:
Everyone knew we were here, we were contenders in this race and we’ll just carry that momentum…from how well our pace was into Long Beach.
Tatiana Calderon will be back in the No.11 ROKiT Chevrolet foe the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach which takes place from April 8-10.
