Hull has said however that things are changing on daily basis as the NTT IndyCar Series and the rest of the world deal with the global pandemic of COVID 19.
The opening four races of the 2020 NTT IndyCar Series season were cancelled due to COVID 19 however, NTT IndyCar Series officials have said that they are looking at all the options including contingency plans should Circumstances not allow them to hold the race on its scheduled May 24th date.
Hull concluded by saying that we’ll see what happens next.
Ths NTT IndyCar Series requested teams to go into a mandatory two week shutdown with most teams planning to introduce phased returned to work programmes within the next week.
Given that this unprecedented pandemic remains a fluid situation the NTT IndyCar Series remains in constant contact with their teams and stakeholders.
It may be a while yet before we hear the command of ‘Drivers, start your engines’.
