Venturi Formula E Team Principal Susie Wolff believes that Williams Martini Racing’s Lance Stroll will take part in a free practice session for the Racing Point Force India F1 Team later this season.

Speaking during the build up to qualifying for Sunday’s Japanese Grand Prix on Channel 4, Wolff said she believes the Canadian will take part in a practice session for the Racing Point Force India F1 Team which is now owned by a consortium led by Lawrence Stroll, Lance’s dad.

It had been thought that Stroll would race for Racing Point Force India F1 this season but CEO and Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer has confirmed that both Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon remain contracted to the team.
