The Women with Drive Summit IV which took place at the Indianapolis Convention Center this week was a huge success with roughly 600 people attending the summit.

This year’s event was held in conjuction with the Performance Racing Industry Show and featured speakers such as Chip Ganassi Racing’s Angela Ashmore who made history in 2022 by becoming the first female engineer to be a part of Indianapolis 500 winning crew with Marcus Ericsson.

Former INDYCAR driver Pippa Mann also spoke at the Summit as did Indianapolis Motor Speedway President J Douglas Boles.

The busy week of events began on Monday with the Women In Motorsport North America bus tour which took in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, Andretti Global and Chip Ganassi Racing.

The Summit which took place this week from December 9-11 had more than 600 attendees while also having 44 drivers appear.
