AJ Foyt Racing’s Santino Ferrucci in the No.14 Sexton Properties Chevrolet and his teammate rookie Benjamin Pedersen in the No.55 Sexton Properties Chevrolet had a solid practice session on Saturday morning at Texas Motor Speedway.
Santino Ferrucci ended the morning in 12th place with a 221.998MPH speed, completing 37 laps of the Texas Motor Speedway. Ferrucci will roll off fifth in qualifying.
Benjamin Pedersen, competing in his NTT INDYCAR SERIES oval race this weekend, set the 18th fastest time this morning with a speed of 221.487MPH and will roll off second in qualifying.
The pair will be hoping that the increased track temperatures will help to move them up the field in qualifying so that they have a solid start position for Sunday’s PPG 375.
