Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda made a great start to the 107th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge however, his first stint was extremely disappointing as he fell back to P14 due to terrible vibrations in his Firestone tires.

An early pit-stop put him to the back of the field but he is now making his way forward and is currently P21 while his teammate and pole-sitter Alex Palou is second. In other news, Team Penske’s Will Power has a broken weigh jacker which has put him in a tricky position.

Josef Newgarden has made up eight positions since the start of the race. RC Enerson is currently 29th for ABEL Motorsports as Alex Palou retakes the lead of the race.
