Defending Nashville race winner Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Racing Honda says that clipping the inside wall and went into the outside and hit wall and says that he feels bad for the crew and the rest of the drivers and will start the race from 12th place.

Dixon said that he hopes to stay out of the mess at the start of the race and hopes that they are in a position to race up front on Sunday. The Iceman started the race last season from 14th and came through to win the race and starts tomorrow’s 80-lap race from two spots further up.

The Chip Ganassi Racing driver need a strong race on Sunday if he hopes to close the gap in the championship and stay in contention to win his seventh series title.
