The Arrow McLaren IndyCar team announced on Tuesday that Callum Ilott who has been filling in for the injured David Malukas will once again drive the No.6 NTT DATA Chevrolet for the two day open test at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway which gets underway on Wednesday.

The Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team announced that Callum Ilott will continue to pilot the No. 6 NTT DATA Arrow McLaren Chevrolet at the IMS Open Test April 10 and 11 alongside Pato O’Ward, Alexander Rossi and Kyle Larson. David Malukas is still recovering from a left wrist injury and surgery with his recovery timeline now extending at least beyond the Long Beach Grand Prix on April 21. As Callum is unavailable due to a clash with the WEC racing schedule, the team is evaluating other options and will announce the No. 6 driver for Long Beach in due course.
