Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing have confirmed that grocery store Hy-Vee, who the team brought into the INDYCAR SERIES in 2020 will not sponsor the team in 2025.
In a statement seen by Paddock Eye, team co-owner Bobby Rahal said:
Since first introducing Hy-Vee to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES in 2020, the partnership has exceeded our expectations. What started at Iowa Speedway that year and resulted in a third-place finish, grew into a full season primary from 2021-2024 as well them setting the bar on event promotion at Iowa Speedway. We couldn’t have been prouder to represent them during that timeframe. While their focus shifts to the races they are sponsoring in 2025, we appreciate the partnership we have had over the last several years.”
A Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing spokeswoman confirmed to Paddock Eye on Monday that the team hopes to work with Hy-Vee again in the future.
Hy-Vee will remain as the entitlement sponsor to the race in Iowa next year.
